If you’re going to make this a habit, do a 30-day Challenge,
and by the end of the challenge, your habit should be pretty well ingrained.

  1. Make a plan and stick to it. Keep a reminder and follow up. It might be difficult in the beginning but the first step is to start.
  2. Begin with motivation and a will to do, because then only you will make efforts and stay consistent.
  3. Start with a simple set of exercises like 10 min jogging, cycling, skipping, sit-ups, pull-ups, push-ups, running, etc
  4. Every day, go for an extra mile. Try to push your limits each time.
  5. Got bored? Try some other set of exercises. As you just need to be physically active then you can go on with new exercises. You can even try yoga, as it helps you with your mental and physical health.
